These terms apply to this website and to the work VR Web Devs does for you. Anything we agree with you personally, in writing, sits alongside these terms. Questions? Email vrwebdevs@gmail.com.

Quotes and payment

• Every project and maintenance plan is quoted individually. We don't publish prices.
• Payment is made in advance, before work starts.
• Other details, such as what's included and the timeline, are agreed with you before we begin.

Timelines

A basic project is usually delivered within 2 weeks. This depends on you sharing your details, photos and approvals on time. We'll tell you early if anything might take longer.

Ownership

• Your domain name is yours.
• VR Web Devs owns the website and its code, and hosts and looks after it for you.
• Your own content, such as your logo, photos and texts you give us, stays yours.

Maintenance plans

• Care is a 6-month plan. When it ends, you choose which plan to continue with.
• Care Plus and Complete are yearly plans.
• Each plan includes a set number of changes. Work beyond that is quoted separately before we start.

The free Google check

The free Google check is free, with no obligation to use any of our services.

What we can and can't promise

• We do careful, honest work, but no one can guarantee search rankings. Google decides those.
• Google, WhatsApp, social media platforms and delivery apps are run by other companies. Their rules, outages and changes are outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
