Who we are

VR Web Devs sets up Google Business Profiles, websites and social profiles for businesses, and looks after them. We work fully online. You can reach us at vrwebdevs@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 87009 41233.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms: your name, business name, city and country, phone number, and if you choose to share them, your email address, Google Maps link and message.

We don't ask for passwords, and we don't sell your data.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry or free Google check, and to discuss your project with you.
• To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the website.

How our forms work

When you send a form, your browser opens WhatsApp with your message ready to send to us. The message only reaches us if you tap Send. A copy of the same details is also emailed to us, so we don't miss your enquiry.

Who else handles your data

We use a small number of trusted services to run this website and reply to you:

• WhatsApp (Meta), for messages you send us.
• Gmail (Google), for the email copy of your enquiry.
• Hostinger, which hosts this website.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

• Form enquiries: 12 months, unless you become a client and we need them for your project.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights given by the GDPR, including the right to object and to complain to your data protection authority. Email vrwebdevs@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
